Your electronic documents are stored in secure servers hosted by Amazon Web Services located in United States.
All the communication between your browser and desktop tools is encrypted using 128-bit encryption so that no one else will be able intercept the communication. Please note that third parties may pose as Pixily and try to intercept or hijack your information. For this reason, you should always verify that you are logged in to Pixily only through https://www.pixily.com or other affiliates approved by Pixily. If you are accessing Pixily from public computers, please make sure you delete cookies and cached files after you logout from Pixily.
Our servers are tested by HackerSafe everyday to ensure we are protected from the latest intrusion techniques.

All the mailed in documents are scanned in Pixily facilities located in USA.
All the authorized personnel who scan your documents go through necessary background checks. Under normal load circumstances all the documents you mail are scanned and sent back to you the within 2 working days.
